Online Submissions
Journal of Management Integration, Digitalization & Sustainability (MIDAS Journal) accepts manuscript submissions exclusively through the Open Journal System (OJS). Before submitting your manuscript, authors are required to read and follow the guidelines below to ensure that the submission complies with the journal’s editorial and technical standards.
1. Types of Manuscripts AcceptedMIDAS Journal welcomes submissions in the following categories:

All manuscripts must fit within the journal’s scope: management integration, digitalization, organizational transformation, and sustainability practices.
2. Language Requirement-
MIDAS Journal publishes manuscripts in English only.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the clarity and correctness of the manuscript. Professional proofreading is recommended before submission.

File format: .docx for the main manuscript (PDF only for review purposes if necessary).

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt (main text).
-
Line spacing: 1.5 (or as defined in the journal template).
-
Margins: Standard (2.54 cm).
-
Length: Typically 4,000–8,000 words depending on the article type.
-
Include title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author email, and ORCID (if available).
-
Provide an abstract (max. 250 words) and 3–6 keywords.
For research articles, we recommend the following structure:
Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Conflict of Interest Statement, Funding Statement, References.

4. Required Submission DocumentsAuthors must prepare and upload the following documents via OJS:

Before completing the submission process, ensure that the following items are ready:

Manuscript prepared using the official article template

Abstract and keywords included

Figures and tables are clear, properly captioned, and referenced

All references are complete and formatted consistently

Originality statement uploaded

Conflict of interest declared

Funding information provided (if applicable)

All author metadata (affiliations, emails, ORCID) entered correctly

Reference style must follow the journal’s required citation format (as specified in the Author Guidelines). All references must be complete and include DOI where available.
7. Submission Process via OJS-
Register or log in to your OJS account.

Click New Submission and follow the step-by-step submission wizard.

Upload the manuscript and all supplemental files.

Fill in metadata fields completely (title, abstract, author information).

Review your uploaded materials and click Finish Submission.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email.

The manuscript undergoes editorial desk review to evaluate suitability and compliance with formatting guidelines.

If it passes desk review, the manuscript proceeds to double-blind peer review.

Authors will receive one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Revised manuscripts must be submitted through the OJS revision interface.

Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout, and production.

Initial editorial screening: 1–3 weeks

Peer review process: 6–12 weeks

Revision period: 2–8 weeks, depending on revision category
Timelines may vary depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)Information regarding Author Fees or APCs is available on the Author Fee page.
Fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly to authors.

Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using detection software.

Any form of plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication is prohibited.

The journal adheres to international publication ethics standards (COPE).

Authors must confirm that the manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
Upon acceptance, authors must sign a copyright agreement or license form according to the journal’s open-access policy.
MIDAS Journal typically uses a Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY) unless otherwise specified.
Authors are encouraged to provide a data availability statement and share research data through recognized repositories (e.g., Figshare, Zenodo) when appropriate.
13. Reviewer SuggestionsAuthors may suggest 2–4 potential reviewers who:
