AUTHOR FEES
The Civil Engineering and Sustainable Cities (CESCI) applies a clear, affordable Article Processing Charge (APC) to maintain rigorous peer review, professional editing, open access dissemination, and ongoing website operations.

Article Submission Fee: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the manuscript submission process to contribute to review costs.

Fast-Track Review Service: 330,000.00 (IDR) (including 11% tax)
Upon payment of this fee, the review process, editorial decision, and author notification for the manuscript will be completed within approximately four weeks.
After completing the payment, authors must promptly confirm by uploading proof of payment through the available confirmation form link.
If authors do not have sufficient funds to pay this fee, they may apply for a fee waiver. We do not intend for publication charges to become a barrier to the dissemination of high-quality scholarly work.

Article Publication Fee: 0.00 (IDR)
If the article is accepted for publication through the regular review process, no publication fee will be charged.
