MIDAS Journal focuses on the convergence of three critical dimensions shaping contemporary organizational futures: management integration, digitalization, and sustainability. MIDAS Journal with ISSN: (Online ISSN ….) and (Print ISSN ….), is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality empirical, theoretical, and applied research focusing on Management Integration, Digitalization, and Sustainability. The journal aims to contribute to the body of knowledge in management science by addressing the challenges and opportunities emerging from digital transformation and sustainable development.

MIDAS Journal invites manuscripts in the following areas, including but not limited to:
Management Integration, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Strategic Management, Sustainable Business, ESG Implementation, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Innovation Management, Green Economy, Circular Economy, AI in Business, Governance, Entrepreneurship, and related topics that support sustainable and digitally-enabled organizations.

The journal is published three times a year in February, June, and October, and managed by the academic community under the Master of Management program.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind review process conducted by internal and external reviewers to ensure academic rigor and publication quality.

MIDAS Journal is committed to continuous quality improvement, updating its author guidelines, templates, and review system to support authors in preparing manuscripts that meet international academic standards.
